Rules for adding ads

To post an ad on our platform you must:

• - your advertisement only refers to real estate (studios, apartments, houses, villas or land);
• - the published photos belong to you or you have the right to publish them;
• - photos must be authentic and not include illegal elements (including advertisements or promotion of content/services);
• - the advertisement represents a single property;
• - the content of the advertisement does not incite hatred or discriminate on grounds of ethnicity, race, nationality or religion;

Ads posted on our platform are randomly checked. Ads that violate the rules will be removed from the platform.
