The Imobiliaa website provides users with access to a variety of online resources and tools, including free classifieds, for-sale-for-sale services, and AI analytics services. By using these, you agree that these services include advertising, which is essential to the operation of the Imobiliaa website. You also understand and agree that the Imobiliaa services may include communications from Imobiliaa, such as announcements of new features, administrative messages and newsletters, and that these communications are an integral part of your membership. You understand and agree that the services are provided "as is".

The services available on Imobiliaa are aimed specifically at users in Romania and are divided into two categories: free and paid.
I The free services include several features available online:
- Registration of classified advertisements by natural or legal persons in the Imobiliaa database
- Publishing them on the internet
- Ability to search for ads (simple or advanced), view and save them
- Ability to set search alerts for categories of ads of interest
- Possibility to contact other users

II Paid services include the display on the website of accepted forms of advertising and the promotion of products and services to the company's customers through informative e-mails.

Imobiliaa reserves the right to modify, change, remove or add terms and conditions to these Rules, including, but not limited to, terms, applicable fines/fees and operating/use policies. Such changes may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your implicit agreement to such changes. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes to the Rules and to ensure that the contact details provided are correct.

By filling in the registration form, clicking the "Register" button and activating your account via e-mail sent by Imobiliaa to the address provided, you confirm that you are an individual, that you are at least 18 years of age and that you fully accept the terms of this contract. If you are under the age of 18, you will only be able to access the site if you have the express consent of the holder of parental responsibility. If you represent a legal person, partnership or any other legal form, your registration warrants that you have the necessary authority to use the services in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You agree to provide accurate, clear and complete information on the registration form and to update this information as appropriate, including payment terms. You also warrant that you have the necessary authority to use the services in accordance with these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with the terms or any changes to them, your only option is to deactivate your account. If you do not agree to the terms, do not complete the registration form and do not log in with your account and password.

If a parent or guardian learns that one of their children has provided the Company with their personal data, they must inform the Company immediately. If it is discovered that a person under the age of 16 has provided personal data, the Company will delete such information from its servers, unless the parent or guardian explicitly consents to the Company's processing of such information for the specified purposes.

This contract regulates the use of the Imobiliaa website, services and associated content. Access to the Imobiliaa website, as well as the use of its services and content, is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions in this document. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Imobiliaa website and its services. By accessing the site, you confirm that you agree to abide by our "Terms & Conditions" and "Rules for Adding Ads".

Imobiliaa reserves the right to update this document at any time by amending this page. We recommend that you periodically check this page to be aware of the updated "Terms & Conditions", as this document is legally binding. Your continued use of Imobiliaa website services constitutes your agreement to any changes to this contract.

The Imobiliaa reserves the right to suspend the provision of services to any user who has violated any of the above mentioned conditions. It also reserves the right to discontinue providing the services at any time.

Imobiliaa has no obligation to verify the information provided by users and available on the site. The materials provided by users may be unsatisfactory, incorrect or contain typographical errors, and the sole responsibility for their form, content and accuracy lies with the user. In the event of a dispute with one or more users, Imobiliaa shall not be liable for any form of compensation (direct or indirect), known or unknown, that may arise in connection with such disputes. Imobiliaa also reserves the right to store in its database the advertisements and contact information of users, which it may use for advertising purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Imobiliaa assumes no responsibility if its services are not accessible by users for an unlimited period of time for technical or commercial reasons, and offers no guarantee regarding the consequences of the non-functioning, delay of services or the security of its applications, except for the data covered by the Privacy Policy. You agree and understand that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of materials placed on the Site.

Real estate does not guarantee that::
- services will meet all your requirements;
- services will be seamless, on time, secure or error-free;
- the results obtained from the use of the site and services will be accurate or reliable;
- any program errors will be corrected;
- any material downloaded or obtained through the use of Imobiliaa services is done at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such content.

As a user, you are responsible for your actions and their consequences, including the materials you upload and make publicly available on your Imobiliaa account, even if you are not registered, but you activate your ad by the e-mail you receive from Imobiliaa..

You commit not to:
- Publish copyrighted material if you are not the author or do not have the author's permission to publish it;
- Publish material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening or harmful to other users, individuals or entities;
- Post ads with illegal content;
- Publish ads that include premium-rate phone numbers;
- Post material that contains viruses, worms or any other type of malicious software designed to damage systems or information;
- Upload, post or transmit any content for which you do not have a legal right to distribute under Romanian or international law, or which is protected by confidential contractual relationships;
- Upload, post or transmit advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other unsolicited solicitations;
- You have multiple accounts on the site that are similar or dedicated to the same topics;
- Promote illegal activities, encourage physical or verbal violence against any person or group, or support cruelty to animals. This includes, but is not limited to, providing information about the manufacture or purchase of weapons or other dangerous materials;
- Publish personal data (name, address, phone numbers) or other confidential information that can be viewed by other users;
- Add duplicate ads or ads with the same content;
- Add ads in categories that do not match the subject of the ad.

Imobiliaa does not guarantee the accuracy of the information published by users and does not assume responsibility for the opinions expressed by them.

If a user so requests, the company may investigate and verify the information as part of the moderation process and decide whether to remove it. We recommend that you use the moderator notification option for any information you find suspicious, illegal or defamatory on the site.

Imobiliaa reserves the right to take action against users or information recorded by them. By posting material on any section of the Site, you grant the Company the irrevocable, perpetual right (including moral rights) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, or publicly communicate the material (in whole or in part) on an international scale, or to incorporate it into other works in any form, on any existing or future media platforms or technology. You also permit other users to access, view, store or reproduce these materials for personal use. The owner of the published material retains all legal rights in it.

We welcome comments and suggestions from our customers, but please be advised that our policy does not allow the acceptance or consideration of unsolicited creative ideas, inventions or materials, except those that we specifically request.

The civil and criminal liability for the information published and/or transmitted on the Internet by the user, as well as for the possible consequences of such actions, is exclusively at the user's charge.
